Non-discrimination
Programs, resources, referrals, and volunteer opportunities are intended to be provided without prohibited discrimination or retaliation based on legally protected status.
Accessibility and reasonable accommodations
The organization works toward keyboard-accessible digital content, readable contrast, meaningful headings, captions or transcripts when practical, accessible electronic formats, plain-language alternatives, and reasonable accommodations.
Language access
Language needs should not be treated as a lack of interest or eligibility. The organization aims to identify reasonable communication options and qualified outside resources when direct language access is not available.
Nonpartisanship
Educational programs are nonpartisan. Equal Rights Hub does not use its charitable educational work to support or oppose candidates for public office.
